Contact and complaints
Who you are writing to
Kiran Smith. Tiny Jaunt is not a company and there is no support team — one person reads everything that arrives at kiran@tinyjaunt.co.uk. Ask on that address for a postal address and you will be given one.
Tiny Jaunt is one person. Nobody is on call in the evening or at the weekend.
How long it takes
- Anything about a child’s safety — read the same day, and the listing comes down while we look at it.
- Take my business off this site — done within one working day, no questions asked first.
- Everything else, including a complaint about how we handle your information — a reply within five working days. For a data-protection complaint the law allows us 30 days, and we would rather not use them.
Those are the numbers for a bad week rather than a good one. If one of them is missed, say so and it goes to the front.
Complaining
Complain by email, or through the form if you would rather not write one. Either way it reaches the same person, you get a reference back, and nothing needs an account.
If a complaint is about how your information is handled and you are not happy with the answer — or you do not want to ask us first — you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. You do not need our permission and it does not cost anything.
Tiny Jaunt takes no bookings and no payments today, so there is nothing to dispute about money and no alternative dispute resolution scheme to point you at. If that changes, the name of one will be on this page before the first payment is taken.
Taking a listing down
If a page here describes your business and you want it gone, you do not need to explain why and you do not need an account. Ask on the form or email, and it comes down within one working day.
