Provider terms

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These terms are between you, the person or business that runs a class, event or venue, and Kiran Smith, who runs Tiny Jaunt. Tiny Jaunt is not a company. Claiming a listing, publishing a class or taking Tiny Jaunt tickets means you agree to them.

What Tiny Jaunt does

Families use Tiny Jaunt to find things to do with young children and put them on their week, in the app and through assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. Being listed costs nothing, and no money passes through Tiny Jaunt today.

Your listings

  • Before you claim it, a listing may already exist, made from what your own website says. Once you claim it, you can correct it, add to it, or ask for it to come down.
  • What you publish must be true and kept up to date: when it runs, where, for what ages and what it costs.
  • You must have the right to publish what you upload, including photos and logos, and to say you run what you claim.
  • Tiny Jaunt can edit a listing for clarity, decline it or take it down, and will tell you why.

Free Tiny Jaunt tickets

  • For a free session with no booking of its own, Tiny Jaunt may issue free places, labelled as Tiny Jaunt places. This can happen before you join, and each ticket tells the family so.
  • Once you’ve claimed, you see the roster: each family’s first name and initial, and how many children and adults are coming. You can set a cap or stop issuing places at any time.
  • Please let ticket holders in to a session that goes ahead. If one is cancelled, email us as soon as you know, so the families holding places are told.
  • The session is yours: its safety, safeguarding, insurance, venue and running are your responsibility, not Tiny Jaunt’s.

Families’ details

A roster is only for running that session and checking people in. Don’t use it to market to anyone, don’t pass it on, and keep it no longer than you need it for that. You never receive a family’s email address or a child’s age. The counts you see, such as how many opened a shared link or saved your class, never say who. The privacy page says what is stored about you.

Pro

Some features are part of Pro, such as letting your own assistant read your roster and counts. Pro is free while there is no billing. If that changes, you’ll get at least 30 days’ notice by email before any charge, and nothing is charged unless you agree to it.

Ending, changes and the small print

  • You can leave at any time by emailing us. Your listings then go back to what your website says, or come down if you ask.
  • Tiny Jaunt can suspend an account that publishes something misleading or unsafe, and will say why.
  • If these terms change in a way that matters, you’ll be told by email at least 30 days before.
  • Tiny Jaunt is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, it isn’t liable for indirect loss, such as lost bookings or income. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited.
  • The law of England and Wales applies, and its courts decide any dispute.
